The following message is being shared on behalf of Dr. Timothy Carey, Associate Vice President, Facilities

Campus Community Members: 

I am very pleased to provide you with a list of projects and initiatives that the Facilities Department will be executing this summer.  As I have shared with you previously, our goal is to always provide stellar service to all cohorts – students, faculty, staff, visitors and alums.  Accordingly, we have an aggressive project agenda scheduled during the months of June through August so that the academic year instructional program and all services in support of and related thereto are not adversely impacted.  (For those of you who will be spending time on campus this summer, I thank you in advance for pardoning the occasional noise, dust and temporary closures of particular walkways, parking lots and building entrances – these are unfortunate, but necessary byproducts as we work to improve our campus on your behalf.)  

The detailed summer agenda is being shared as per the Facilities functional units/teams which include: 

1. Planning, Design and Construction Projects
2. Energy Management and Sustainability Initiatives
3. Maintenance and Grounds Initiatives
4. Facilities Services Initiatives
