Effective June 1st, 2018 the Technology Renewal Program will move from a 3-year to 4-year lease cycle for all new and replacement standard computers (desktops and laptops).

Extending our leases to a 4-year replacement schedule supports industry standards with our computer configurations, significantly decreases the college’s yearly lease expenses, and reduces the frequency of disruption for the campus community. We will also look to retroactively extend this to “A Cycle” computers, which includes computers replaced during the Summer & Fall of 2017 and Spring 2018, from their existing 3-year lease to a 4-year lease, as the standard computer configurations deployed will support this move.
