Where can you find the chat option?

You can find the “Chat Now” option on the PayFlex member website.

  • Log in to payflex.com.
  • Click on Help & Support at the top of your screen.
  • Select Contact Us.
  • Click CHAT NOW to get started.

When is the best time to use Live Chat?
You can chat with a PayFlex agent, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (CT).

You can email us too!
Don’t have time to chat? Or is it after hours? You can contact PayFlex customer service by email. Simply log in to the PayFlex member website and click on Help & Support. Then go to the Contact Us to send us an email.
