Volunteer and move in to your residence hall room early!Contributed by Lynne Pierce on 07/25/18 Our new students will arrive on Saturday, August 25, 2018. We need students to become Move In Crew Volunteers and help welcome them to our community!
Upper class students who volunteer to assist will be able to move in to their on-campus housing the day before (Friday, August 24, 2018), and will be required to attend a training session that evening from 7:30 – 8:15 pm. Your meal plan will begin at lunch on Saturday. We also need a small group of volunteers who would like to assist with our early arrival students on Wednesday, August 22 – Friday August 24. If you would like to move in before the 22, please contact Lynne Pierce at 607-274-3846. By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work on Saturday the 25th. The shifts are two hours long: 9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm. You will need to arrive at a check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your location assignment.
