On July 26, the platform that student organizations and some campus departments use to manage events and student rosters, transitioned from OrgSync to IC Engage. You can access the new site by logging in to icengage.ithaca.edu.

If you are a returning IC student, or a faculty or staff member who has used OrgSync, your profile (including all past memberships and events attended) will rollover to the new system. If you are a new user, you will be able to create an account. All new students will be loaded in to the system in early August and will be able to customize your profiles at that time.

If your student club or department had a portal in OrgSync, you will have an "Organization" in IC Engage, and all of the content rolled over. The layout will look different, but all of the members, events, forms, files, etc. that you had before will be there. In some cases, the primary contact for your organization may need to be updated so that you can access and edit your organization. If that is true for you, please email ose@ithaca.edu and we will update the primary contact.

IC Engage has an excellent Help Center where you can learn how to create an event, manage forms, manage your roster, manage your involvement by customizing a co-curricular transcript, and more.
