Sarah Shank, ILL Borrowing Coordinator, and Ben Hogben, Access Services Manager, presented at the IDS annual conference at Utica College.

Sarah Shank collaborated with library staff from the College of Saint Rose and CUNY. Sarah's presentation was titled "Digging Deep : Getting better results with advanced assessment tools in ILLiad."

Ben Hogben collaborated with library staff from Nazareth College and St. John Fisher College. Ben's presentation was titled "ILLiad and Alma and Primo! Oh My!"  Installing ILLiad add-ons for use with Alma and Primo library systems.
