Powerful Tools for Caregivers provides tools to help you manage the stress and challenges of being an informal caregiver, while taking better care of you. Tompkins County Office for the Aging is holding one class this Fall on Wednesdays, September 5th through October 10th from 6-7:30pm. This class will be held at McGraw House, 221 S. Geneva St. Ithaca.
