Historically, SAS has issued accommodation plan letters on paper via campus mail.  This semester, starting on August 16, we will be sending them via IC email!

Instructors will no longer receive paper copies of the accommodation plan letter for SAS students in their courses.  An electronic copy will be mailed to the instructor’s ithaca.edu email address and CCed to the student. 

Fall 2018 plan letter emails will be coming your way as soon as August 16!  The sender will be sasplans@ithaca.edu, a dedicated account for this sole purpose.  Please make sure that sasplans@ithaca.edu is whitelisted in any email filters or Outlook rules you may have created for your personal email account. 

We know that faculty and staff have been requesting this change for a long time, and we’re grateful for the hard work of our colleagues in Information Technology Services who made it possible!
