The IC Library and Teaching & Learning with Technology in IT have collaborated to install a new Flash Studio which is located in the Library’s Digital Media Center on the 3rd floor of Gannett. 

Flash Studio features a simple hardware-and-software combination that allows even nontechnical users to make video recordings in a studio environment. Simply plug a flash drive into the USB port, push a button to start recording, and remove the flash drive when you have finished.  The software will create your video file in .mp4 format. From your flash drive you can upload it to your course site in Sakai, share via your favorite social media channel, or view from any classroom computer as a presentation.

The key to the Flash Studio can be checked out at the Library’s Circulation Desk in order to use the studio for a two-hour time slot.
