Thousands of IC students gather over the course of an activity-packed weekend to meet fellow students, interact with the campus and engage in the Ithaca community. First Bomber Weekend takes place from Friday, August 31st to Monday, September 3rd. First Bomber Weekend allows for new students to explore the Ithaca Community while allowing returning students to further engage with their home away from home. The weekend is highlighted by major events, such as the Fountain Fest Concert, a trip to the Farmer’s Market, Movie Night, Downtown Day, Hike and Swim and many more! New students are invited to make wishes during the Fountain Fest Concert, where various IC a cappella groups will perform while new students make wishes for their future at IC. While students can engage with the Ithaca campus and community, they can also participate in games of Mario Kart with Public Safety and explore the IConnections Carnival to develop new relationships with campus organizations! The weekend also features various other activities such as yoga, rock climbing, tie dye and an ice cream social! You can find more information on First Bomber Weekend posters around campus! Come enjoy Ithaca from Taughannock Falls to South Hill!

You can find more detailed descriptions of the events on the IC Events Calendar page!

We look forward to seeing you all there!
