Relax your body and mind during this hectic time in the academic year! The Center for Health Promotion has partnered with A Massage Station of Ithaca to bring chair massages to IC students.

Our next Massage Day is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th. 

Where? Center For Health Promotion, on the lower level of Hammond Health Center. (Enter the Office of Counseling and Wellness, from the parking lot side of the building).

Cost: $1 per minute (pre-pay via PayPal or credit card )
