Faculty and staff, please join us at Alumni Weekend, October 5-7.

Dear IC Faculty and Staff,

I hope the beginning of the new academic year is off to a great start for you. In less than four weeks, our campus will be welcoming hundreds of alumni and guests for Alumni Weekend 2018. I'd like to personally invite you to participate in the weekend, and to attend two events in particular.

The Welcome Back Happy Hour will take place on Friday, October 5 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Shelley's Concourse at the A&E Center. There is no charge for this event, and it's a great place to meet and greet alumni at the main kick-off event to the weekend.

On Saturday morning, there will be a brunch before the homecoming football game. This year, the brunch will be in the newly renovated Campus Center dining hall, and weather permitting will extend into the Campus Center quad. In addition to delicious food, there will be face painting, lawn games, a photo booth, and an opportunity to mix and mingle with alumni. Class photos for reunion classes (this year ending in 3 and 8) will be taken at this event.

To receive your free ticket for the brunch, and to register for other Alumni Weekend activities, please visit our online registration page. You can also view a full schedule of events and see who's coming. Alumni faculty and staff - don't forget to register for your class reunion celebrations!

If you have questions, please contact me at (607) 274-3314 or at kvanormer@ithaca.edu

I hope you'll be able to join us for this exciting weekend!

Best regards,

Kristin Van Ormer
