CNS Lighting Upgrade - Information Session Wed, Sept 12, 2018 @ 12 NoonContributed by Greg Lischke on 09/11/18 Submitted on behalf of the Office of Energy Management and Sustainability We will be sharing details on our plans for the CNS Lighting Upgrade on Wed, Sept 12, 2018, from 12 noon to 1:30 pm in CNS 112. The Office of Energy Management & Sustainability and GreenerU will provide a brief presentation at the start and then the rest of the time will be dedicated to answering any and all questions that you care to share with us. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Even if you can only spare five to ten minutes during this time, please join us. As we shared previously, this project is a direct result of the CNS Energy Audit that we conducted last summer. Phase I will occur during the Winter 2018-19 break, and will include new lights and occupancy sensors for the first floor. The remainder of the building will be upgraded during the Summer of 2019. This exciting project will result in an annual electricity reduction of over 400,000 kWh and annual savings of approximately $45,000 (energy and maintenance). Please reach out directly to Greg Lischke (glischke@ithaca.edu) with any questions, comments, or concerns. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Greg Lischke at glischke@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3769. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
