Car Free Day - Sept 21st & 22nd

Contributed by Greg Lischke on 09/16/18

Submitted on behalf of the Office of Energy Management & Sustainability

"Car Free Day" encourages folks to try an alternate mode of transportation - options include walking, riding a bicycle, roller blading, and taking the bus.  Our hope is that during "Car Free Day", members of the IC community will choose to leave their vehicles at home and try a different mode.

Take the pledge to be car free in Campus Center from 12 noon to 2 pm on Mon (Sept 17), Wed (Sept 19), and Thu (Sept 20).  Students that take the pledge will receive a free TCAT day pass to help promote the use of alternative transportation.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Hailey Nase at hnase@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
