James A. Rada, Associate Professor and Chair in Department of Journalism, has co-authored a book chapter titled, The Offensive Line: Journalists Use of Words Considered Disparaging.  The chapter focuses on the controversy surrounding Native American mascots - especially that of the the Washington football team.  The chapter appears in the recently released book, Case Studies in Sport Communication: You Make the Call. 

Rada's co-author, and the book's co-editor, is IC Alum David Burns.
