Dr. Brown was also a 2017 U.S. Fulbright Professor to the University of Maribor, in Slovenia, where he taught courses and created curriculum in his area of expertise, race and American public policy. Congratulations to Dr. Brown on this prestigious award!

Dr. Donathan Brown, Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies, and H&S Director of Faculty Diversity and Development, has been awarded a 2018 U.S. Fulbright Specialist Award. Dr. Brown will be housed within the National Institute for Higher Education in Minsk, Belarus, giving lectures and leading workshops to faculty members on topics ranging from academic publishing to teaching diverse students. Dr. Brown was selected for this award through a multi-layer, international review process.
