HINT-51300: Healthcare and Culture: An International Field Experience (Graduate Level) 1 credit
Led by Dr. Lynn Gitlow (lgitlow@ithaca.edu) And Dr. Carole Dennis (cdennis@ithaca.edu) The goal of this short-term program is to provide students with an opportunity to investigate sociocultural factors which impact the delivery of health care and rehabilitation services in an international context. Through experiential learning and discussion, students participate in and learn about providing health care services in another country and how sociocultural factors influence the delivery of these services as compared to delivery in the United States.
