Meditation and Wellness
Dr. Mary Bentley, Health Promotion & Physical Education
When:  Monday, October 15, 12:00-1:00pm

Mary Bentley will discuss how she uses meditation as one of the health behaviors that is a part of a project called “5 for 5” - experiencing 5 small, healthful behavior changes for 5 days each – in her class “Wellness: multicultural perspectives on Health and Healing”.
