The nominee must be a benefit eligible staff member who is actively involved with the IC community and who has gone above and beyond their regular work duties demonstrating initiative, support, commitment, and accomplishment. Nominations may be submitted here (with staff ID) from any member of the IC community (no anonymous or self-nominations will be accepted) or via email to Colleen Barnes, cbarnes@ithaca.edu. All nominations for the Spring 2019 semester must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019. Two winners will be chosen and announced in May 2019. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Colleen Barnes at 607-274-3375. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
