Dear Colleagues, 

I am pleased to announce that Leah Richards has been promoted to the position of Director, Advancement Services and Analytics, effective November 1, 2018.  Leah will join the CRA VP team and play a strategic role in the advancement of our division wide goals to support engagement and philanthropy for the College.  Leah will succeed Benjamin Costello who, as noted in an earlier announcement to our community, will join to Division of Enrollment Management to support the creation strategy around engagement and student success utilizing an integrated CRM platform.

Leah joined the Division of College Relations and Advancement in 2010 and has held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership since then in Advancement Services. Leah has also played key roles in our division strategic plan and retreats as well as co-chairing the mission and goals work group during our Middle States re-accreditation process.
