Delphia Howze, Director of Employee Relations and Development presented at the Leadership U Global Summit at Franklin Covey Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah last week.  

Her presentation “Diversity & Inclusion Journey: From Corporate to Higher Ed” focused on the commonality of challenges and opportunities present in corporations and institutions in relation to Diversity & Inclusion.  Delphia shared high level recommendations with attendees to help them move forward on their D&I journey.   

The Office of Human Resources is planning to bring development opportunities to employees using the Franklin Covey materials.
