Dear Member of the IC Community, As co-chairs of the School of Humanities and Sciences Dean Search Committee, we are pleased to share with the community that the search for the school’s next dean is officially under way. We are grateful for the extensive feedback that so many H&S colleagues have provided, which has informed the leadership profile for this position. As you will see in the profile, we seek a highly transparent and collaborative leader who will be a tireless champion for faculty, student and staff success. The school will look to its next dean to inspire and develop a shared vision and cohesive identity for H&S; to model and enhance a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; and to steward and secure strong philanthropic support on its behalf.
