"First Up" is an SLI series of workshops that is dedicated to bringing together our community of first-generation students to be able to empower this community through discussions of our experiences, expressing the challenges that come with this identity, and fostering our success. This series is open for first-generation college students, allies, and those who wish to learn more about this identity. Everyone is welcome to participate! Tuesday, October 30th, 4-5pm: Exploring First- Gen Identity (Leading Others) Taughannock Falls Room
Tuesday, November 6th, 6-7pm: First Gen? Same! (Leading in a Diverse World) Ithaca Falls Room
Thursday, November 8th, 4-5pm: Inner Critic & Inner Success (Leading Self) Taughannock Falls Room *FIRST GENERATION CELEBRATION DAY- look out for more details*
In order to earn credit from the Student Leadership Institute, you must sign up on IC Engage 48 hours in advance for the program.
