Come join us for our next Contemplative Cafe with Dr. Hilary Greenberger - Associate Professor of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Greenberger will present methods she uses to help physical therapy students develop skills in effective listening.  Through a combination of class discussions, small group work, and role-playing, students gain communication skills that can be used with patients and in personal relationships.  The selected topics course she offers teaches students how to recognize and censor automatic, habitual, non-listening responses, and create a culture of trust and respect between individuals.
