Applications are being accepted for a three year appointment (with possibility of renewal) as Director of the All-College Exploratory Program. The person in this position provides leadership in the ongoing implementation and assessment of recruitment, programming, curriculum, and services for exploratory students and works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators across campus.

The Director of the Exploratory Program position is open only to tenured or senior (associate level or above) NTEN faculty. The appointed individual will teach two courses each academic year, with the remainder of the person’s workload assigned to administering the exploratory program, and receive a summer stipend. Appointment is expected to begin in May, 2019.

The ideal applicant will possess an enthusiastic commitment to student success and experience with first-year students, as well as credibility with faculty, staff, and administrators across campus.
