Join us for our next Contemplative Café with Tim Drake - Department of Environmental Studies and Science

Tim Drake will describe activities and routines that he uses in his Environmental Sentinels class to foster awareness and mindfulness of the present moment. Students begin simply by becoming aware of themselves - body, breath and noticing what ever is already present within. He then guides them to shift the focus to the external world around and to experience the environment with all senses.
