Kathleen Mulligan (Theatre Arts) and husband David Studwell were selected to present one of six plenary talks at the Annual Fulbright Association Conference in Puebla Mexico November 1-4.

Their "Ted Style" talk, entitled "Reaching Across the Radcliffe Line: Preserving the Voices of Partition Through Theatre," dealt with Mulligan's 2015 sabbatical project "Voices of Partition," for which she received a $94,000 grant from the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad. The resulting original theatre piece Dagh Dagh Ujala (This Stained Dawn) performed at Ithaca College in October 2015.
