Circles Mailroom will be closed during Finals Week and Winter Break due to reduced student staff Beginning Monday, 12/17, all packages arriving for Circles residents will be held at the Phillips Hall Post Office for pickup until Spring Semester (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm). Any packages which arrived before 12/17 will be moved to Phillips Hall. NEW LETTER MAIL will also be available in Phillips Hall Post Office via the Virtual Mail system (email notifications, the same as packages). Letter Mail remaining in mailboxes will be pulled in January in preparation for Spring semester. These changes are part of the wind-down at the end of the semester. |
