The Center for Health Promotion is excited to announce that as IC students, you now have a free, new resource to help you get better sleep. Follow the link below to take the College Sleep Questionnaire. The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete and asks you to answer questions about your sleep schedule, when you're napping, how you feel when you're awake, etc. The questionnaire is then available for your review, with Ithaca College specific resources that are available to help you with any questions you have. Head to sleep.thecsq.com/Ithaca to take the survey. Then, simply review the recommendations on your own, or email healthpromtion@ithaca.edu to set up an appointment to see one of our Certified Wellness Coaches to discuss practical changes you'd like to make to get better sleep.
