University of Texas press releases revised edition of Believing Women in Islam by Asma Barlas, professor of Politics.Contributed by Kenesha Chatman on 01/31/19 The University of Texas press has released a second, revised, edition of Believing Women in Islam: Unreading Patriarchal Interpretations of the Qur'an, by Asma Barlas, professor of Politics, along with a monograph, A Brief Introduction to Believing Women in Islam, co-authored with David R. Finn.
