Ithaca College

All student employees are invited to participate in a mini conference called Advancing Student Employee Leadership on Saturday, March 2 from 10am-2pm. At this conference, participants will get to explore their own leadership styles, reflect on their student employment experience, consider how to navigate tough conversations, and prioritize self-care. The ASEL conference will include breakfast, lunch, an IC padfolio, and one Leading Others credit in the Student Leadership Institute.
