Attention student employees: A conference designed just for you!Contributed by Michele Lenhart on 02/15/19 We are pleased to announce that at 2019 President's Seed Grant was awarded to provide a mini-conference for student employees called Advancing Student Employee Leadership. At this half-day conference, held in the Campus Center on Saturday, March 2 from 10am-2pm, students will explore their own leadership styles, reflect on their student employment experience, consider how to navigate tough conversations, and prioritize self-care. Program planners will be collecting feedback at the conference that may influence the future of some student employment opportunities at IC. The conference will include breakfast, lunch, an IC padfolio, and one Leading Others credit in the Student Leadership Institute. If you are a current student employee at Ithaca College, please consider registering for this event. The deadline to register is noon on Friday, February 22, but space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible so you do not get closed out!
