The Ithaca College Department of Athletics has a full slate of home events this week and invites the IC community to come out and support our athletics teams.

Beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams hosts the Liberty League Championships at the Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium inside the Athletics and Events Center. The four-day event will conclude at approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday evening.

Preliminary events take place between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., followed by diving events from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the championship events run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

On Friday and Saturday, men’s and women’s track & field hosts their Liberty League Championship at Glazer Arena. Friday’s competition begins at 11:45 a.m. and Saturday’s events start at 11 a.m.

Women’s basketball will also host a Liberty League Tournament on Saturday and Sunday at the Hill Center inside Ben Light Gymnasium. The top-seeded Bombers play at 12 p.m. on Saturday against the winner of William Smith and Union. A second semifinal game between RIT and Vassar/Skidmore follows at 2:30 p.m. Should IC win its semifinal contest, the Bombers will return to action at 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Men’s and women’s tennis gets their spring season underway against Rochester at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at A&E.

Finally, the gymnastics program wraps up the busy weekend on South Hill at 3 p.m. for their annual Harriet Marranca Memorial Invitational against Brockport and Rhode Island College at the Hill Center.

Friday/Saturday 2/22 -2/23 – Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Championships – Friday 11 am – 6 pm, Saturday 11 am – 3 pm – Glazer Arena

Saturday/Sunday 2/23-2/24 – Women’s Basketball Semi-finals and finals- Ithaca plays Saturday at noon and the Championship game is Sunday at noon Hill Center (Women won regular season and right to host)

Sunday 2/24- W Tennis vs. Rochester 10 am Men’s Tennis vs. Rochester 3 pm= Glazer Arena

Sunday 2/24 – Gymnastics Invitational 3:00 pm – Hill Center
