Dear IC community colleagues,

As co- chairs of the search for our next Vice President of Human and Organizational Development, Innovation & Planning, we are pleased to provide an update on the search.

Our search consultants at Witt- Kieffer assisted us in recruiting a robust & diverse slate of candidates.  After a series of semi-finalist interviews, we recently welcomed to campus highly-qualified finalists for a number of confidential meetings with members of the campus community including representatives of the student, faculty, and staff councils, administrators and members of our HR team.

Input from these conversations was compiled and sent to the search committee which will met this week with President Collado to provide its analysis. All of the candidates have impressive credentials and are prepared to make a positive contribution to our institution in this critical and expanded role.  President Collado and the search firm will then engage in further due diligence and we look forward to sharing the outcome of this process with you soon.
