The IC Performance Review process provides an opportunity for staff and supervisors to step back from day-to-day activities to reflect on accomplishments of the previous year. The 2018-2019 Performance Review Process opens Monday, March 25 with a deadline for completion set for Friday, May 10.
The Office of Human Resources will host workshops designed to help both employees and supervisors complete the Performance Review process through IC HR Cloud. The following training sessions are held in the Office of Human Resources, PRWC-GL54:

April Workshops for Supervisors (RSVP is required)

Drop In Hours
The Office of Human Resources will also host a series of Drop-In hours to assist both employees and supervisors in the completion of Performance Reviews. Individuals are encouraged to stop by Peggy Ryan Williams, Garden Level, G54 – HR Training Room on Wednesdays between 1pm – 3pm, beginning April 3.

Supervisors, please note that the recommended timeline is based on the full functionality of the IC HR Cloud system. We encourage all supervisors to begin completing performance review documents in IC HR Cloud beginning on April 13.
