How to Succeed in College by Being You - April 3 @ 3:00 PMContributed by Lynn Cortese on 03/22/19 On April 3, 2019 at 3:00PM in Klingenstein Lounge, Jacqueline Alexander will present the second seminar in a series on How to Succeed in College by Being You, sponsored by the Presidential Seed Grant Initiative (team proposal from Dr. Te-Wen Lo, Tiffany Valentin, and Lynn Cortese). Jacqueline graduated in 2018, and is currently employed as a research technician in an evolutionary genetics lab at Georgia Tech while taking a gap year before applying to graduate school. Her seminar will focus on how she navigated college and her initial career steps utilizing strengths of her innate personality and skills as a first generation student of color.
