The 2018-2019 Performance Review Process opened Monday, March 25 with a deadline for completion set for Friday, May 10.
The Office of Human Resources will host workshops designed to help both employees and supervisors complete the Performance Review process through IC HR Cloud. The following training sessions are held in the Office of Human Resources, PRWC-GL54:
April Workshops for Supervisors (RSVP is required)
- April 2 from 1pm – 2pm
- April 11 from 9am – 10am
- April 16 from 10am – 11am
- April 25 from 2pm – 3pm
- April 30 from 11am – 12pm
April Workshops for Employees (RSVP is required)
- April 2 from 2pm – 3pm
- April 11 from 10am – 11am
- April 16 from 11am – 12pm
- April 25 from 3pm – 4pm
- April 30 from 12pm – 1pm

Drop In Hours
The Office of Human Resources will also host a series of Drop-In hours to assist both employees and supervisors in the completion of Performance Reviews. Individuals are encouraged to stop by Peggy Ryan Williams, Garden Level, G54 – HR Training Room on Wednesdays between 1pm – 3pm, beginning April 3.

The recommended timeline for tasks associated with the Performance Review Process can be found on the HR website: https://www.ithaca.edu/human-resources/performance-review-process. Supervisors, please note that the recommended timeline is based on the full functionality of the IC HR Cloud system. We encourage all supervisors to begin completing performance review documents in IC HR Cloud beginning on April 13.
