Please join the Ithaca College Fitness Center for our first annual workOUT– an inclusive workout event that will serve as a fundraiser for the OUT Foundation. 

When: Saturday 3/30/19, doors open at 11am, workOUT from 11:30am - 12:15pm

Where: The Fitness Center's Mondo Gym

Who: All Ithaca College students, faculty, and staff are invited

Registration: $5 Online or at the Fitness Center front desk

In addition to offering a great workout we will be hosting a resource fair featuring both on and off campus organizations including; The Center for LGBT Education, Outreach and Services, The Center for Health Promotion, and The Southern Tier AIDS Program.

The Ithaca College Fitness Center aims to:
• Provide an LGBTQ+ inclusive workout
• Raise awareness about LGBTQ+ participation in sports and fitness
• Fundraise for the OUT Foundation

The OUT Foundation strives to “remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals access and participation, ensuring their success, [and] are dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ bodies and minds.” They support LGBTQ+ individuals through a variety of outreach programs, including paying for gym memberships, financing gender affirming surgeries, and educating gym owners.
