Please join the Ithaca College Fitness Center for our first annual workOUT– an inclusive workout event that will serve as a fundraiser for the OUT Foundation

When: Saturday 3/30/19, doors open at 11am, workOUT from 11:30am - 12:15pm

Where: The Fitness Center's Mondo Gym

Who: All Ithaca College students, faculty, and staff are invited

Registration: $5 Online or at the Fitness Center front desk

In addition to offering a great workout we will be hosting a resource fair featuring both on and off campus organizations including; The Center for LGBT Education, Outreach and Services, The Center for Health Promotion, and The Southern Tier AIDS Program.

The Ithaca College Fitness Center aims to:
• Provide an LGBTQ+ inclusive workout
• Raise awareness about LGBTQ+ participation in sports and fitness
• Fundraise for the OUT Foundation

The OUT Foundation strives to “remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals access and participation, ensuring their success, [and] are dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ bodies and minds.” They support LGBTQ+ individuals through a variety of outreach programs, including paying for gym memberships, financing gender affirming surgeries, and educating gym owners. Participants can sign up now at recreation.ithaca.edu or at the Fitness Center front desk. Come out and sweat for a cause!
