Faculty Recital:  Paige Morgan, oboe and English horn
Friday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m  Hockett Family Recital Hall
The program includes a premiere by David Borden (an original member of Mother Mallard) called Oboe Quartet, for oboe and strings; Chrysalis by Alyssa Morris for English horn and piano; Six Metamorphosis After Ovid by Benjamin Britten, and Aurora by Ralph Townsend for oboe, piano, double bass and percussion.  Collaborators include violinist Susan Waterbury, cellist Elizabeth Simkin, violist Kyle Armbrust, pianists Carolyn Grossmann and John White, and percussionist Conrad Alexander.
