Spring is here and as the weather continues to warm up, it's a wonderful time to explore campus, breathe in the fresh air, and get a few miles under your feet. The Campus Loops - Ithaca College has a very pedestrian-friendly campus. Whether you are looking for a leisurely stroll on relatively flat land, or an aerobic workout with serious elevation changes, we've got it all mapped out for you. IC Natural Land Trails - More than half of Ithaca College's property is managed by students, faculty, and staff in four protected natural areas known as Ithaca College Natural Lands (INCL). Since 2004 ICNL has provided outdoor classrooms, research sites, forest resources, and recreational opportunities for Ithaca College and the local community. The Ithaca Neighborhood Walking Map - this map is a guide to walking for health in downtown Ithaca. In it you’ll find six routes that span every downtown neighborhood, points of interests including parks and playgrounds, and the full Cayuga Waterfront Trail set to be completed this summer. The map is a product of the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County with funding from the New York State Department of Health: Creating Healthy Places to Live, Work and Play grant. |
