Each semester, a Scholarship, Research and Creative Inquiry Fair is held where faculty and staff members are invited to present their research or scholarly work in a lightning round or poster format.

The fairs have been very successful with great turnouts, interesting topics and informative talks, not to mention festive wine, cheese and other refreshments.  The event for the spring 2019 semester has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 2019, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the Klingenstein Lounge.

The fair will consist of five minute “lightning round” talks and a half hour poster session.  Any faculty or staff member is invited to participate and strongly encouraged to share his or her research/scholarly work or works still in progress.  This semester, we would also like to highlight faculty or staff conducting community based research and encourage those doing so to register.

If interested, please complete the presenter registration form at the link below by April 12, 2019.  Please note that space is limited – we can accommodate a maximum of 10 lightning round presenters and 5 posters. We would like to have at least one participant from each school.

The tentative agenda will be:

4:00 to 4:30                                         Welcome reception, wine and cheese

            4:30 to 5:00                                         Lightning round #1

5:00 to 5:30                                         Break with posters, more wine and cheese

            5:30 to 6:00                                         Lightning round #2
