Ithaca College

 Lis, College Librarian, and Laura, Health Sciences Librarian, presented at the biannual conference of the Association of Research and College Libraries, held in Cleveland, OH.  

 Lis and Laura highlighted the library's collaboration with IC's HEOP Office during a poster session titled "Developing a Campus Partnership to Enhance At-Risk Student Success".   They shared information about the development and assessment of the ongoing partnership, focusing on relationship building in support of successful transitions to college-level academic work.   

Lis also presented on the June 2018 faculty workshop series "Course Unbound",  developed in collaboration with the Center for Faculty Excellence and Teaching and Learning in ITS.  The workshop included hands-on sessions which focused on the design and redesign of disciplinary courses to enhance student motivation and engagement.
