A Month of Mindfulness unfolds one moment at a time! Join us over the coming weeks - April 15 - May 10 - in workshops and meditations as we celebrate life, practice slowing down and reap the rewards of bringing awareness and compassion into our everyday lives. All are welcome! Connect with nature during a guided woods walk, learn Qigong by the Muller Chapel pond, experience embodied writing, or stretch your mind and body with a guided climb at the IC climbing wall. There are also guided meditation sessions, film screenings and other activities to help you relax, get centered, and cultivate calmness as we move into springtime.
