Classrooms in the technology corridor located on the first floor in Friends Hall are available for reservation for your fall schedule.

The labs in Friends 102 and 110c have received many exciting updates in the past year and the Teaching and Learning with Technology team is excited to have you visit and try out the new features. Here are a few highlights of each of the rooms.

Friends 102 - Data Analytics & Visualization Lab:

  • 20 computers including instructor computer
  • Large 70" ClearTouch interactive computer/display for presenting
  • Standard computer lab image
  • Speciality software including SPSS, NVivo, RStudio and Tableau

Friends 110c - Flexible Learning Space:

  • Seating for 24
  • 4 wall-mounted displays for group work
  • Large 86" ClearTouch interactive computer/display for presenting
  • Wireless presentation with Solstice Pod
  • Web camera and microphones for web conferencing
  • Flexible/mobile furniture on casters for multiple room configurations
  • Laptop Check-out Station (coming in Fall 2019)

Friends 101 - Technology Learning Center (TLC):

  • Huddlewall with specialized software for active learning
  • Seating for 16
  • Flexible/mobile furniture on casters for multiple room configurations
  • 4 wall-mounted displays for group work
  • Wireless screen sharing
  • Web camera and microphones for web conferencing
