The IT Service Desk will be open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th in support of the Admission spring open house event. All members of the campus community are welcome to contact us for technology support during this time. Telephone, email and walk-in support will be offered. Please note that dispatch service is not available during these special hours; any issues that cannot be resolved by the on-duty analysts will be entered into our ticketing system for follow up during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
