If you are a student who has received subsidized, unsubsidized, or PLUS loans under the Direct Loan Program you must complete exit counseling. Once you graduate, leave school, or drop below half-time enrollment, you are required by law to complete exit counseling. What is exit counseling? Exit counseling provides important information you’ll need as you prepare to repay your federal student loan(s). You’ll learn how to understand and repay your loans, how to avoid default, and how to make your finances a priority. Questions? Stop by one of the informational sessions that will be held in Textor 101: May 2nd from 2pm-3pm OR May 3rd from 9:30am-10:30am Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Barbie A.
