Check out Student Health 101 to get tips on how to make studying work for you.

While studying, don't forget the importance that good sleep plays in retaining all that hard work you put in hitting the books.

  • Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night
  • Avoid caffeine before bed
  • Nap wisely- 20-30 minutes & no later than 6 hours before bed

For more sleep tips take the College Sleep Questionnaire and get feedback regarding your sleeping patterns and suggestions on how to sleep better.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kristen Lind at klind@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3136. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
