This year, Move-In takes place during regular work week hours.  Because this is a vital service to our newest students, and provides a wonderful opportunity for all of us to engage with them and their families, we are asking every staff and faculty member who is not already involved with Move-In to sign up for a two hour shift. 

By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work.  The shifts are two hours long:  9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm.  You will need to arrive at a check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your location assignment.  Details on this will be provided at the Faculty and Staff training session which will be announced later this summer.
