Please join in celebrating the accomplishments of the August Orientation Planning Committee (AOPC) and campus-wide efforts to launch a brand-new, exciting Fall Orientation program for our incoming first-year and transfer students.

The festivities will take place today at the Campus Center – East Terrace Fire Pit (rain location as Clark & Klingenstein Lounges) from 1:30-3pm. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided alongside a cash bar, for your enjoyment. There is no formal agenda – just a fun opportunity to relax and celebrate the hard work and achievements of colleagues and campus partners.

This pub is being hosted by the New Student & Transition Programs (NSTP) who would like to express their deepest gratitude for the time and commitment of our many AOPC committee members as well as all of our campus and community partners without whom we wouldn’t have been able to create such an engaging and holistic orientation program.

The new, week-long Fall Orientation program will launch on Tuesday, August 20th and incoming students will benefit from eight days of engaging programs focused on academic and social transition, and creating a sense of community among incoming students, while also ensuring our students have breaks to promote good mental and physical health.

**Guests over the age of 21 will be required to provide ID to purchase alcoholic beverages. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.**

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Jenelle Whalon at jwhalon@ithaca.edu or 607.274.1908. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
