Her paper, “ Locating Power within Ostrom's Design Principles: Watershed Management in India and the United States" was a part of the Workshop on the Ostrom Workshop (WOW6). Dr. Mudliar's paper examined power dynamics within watershed groups in Karnataka, India and West Virginia, United States.
